45-Day Return Policy

You have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Use our returns portal to initiate your return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn and in the same condition you received them
Original tags must still be attached
Original packaging must be included
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Final sale items
Gift cards

How to Return

Start Your Return

Visit our returns portal to initiate your return or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Place shoes in the original shoe box and pack inside a shipping box. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Ship It Back

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Ship to: 4314 Willow Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78745. International returns will not be provided a return label.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a Different Size?

Visit our returns portal to start your exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at help@bigshoes.com.
